Inter proposed a new contract to Ivan Perisic’s agent who they met on Friday Corriere dello Sport report. The Croatian is subject to strong interest from Manchester United, who appear unwilling to meet Inter’s demands for him.
The Nerazzurri have offered the 28 year old a renewal through to 2021 and a salary raise to €4 million. His agent appreciates Inter’s willingness to enter in to negotiations but his client wishes to leave for pastures new. The Red Devils have until Friday to make a revised offer otherwise signing him will only get more difficult once Inter become less desperate to sell for Financial Fair Play.

Why do you all want him to go just because he wants to? He has value and above all a contract. If the money we demand doesn’t arrive then I say keep him at least for one more season. He should understand that we deserve the amount asked and tell ManU to pay if they really want him. Also there is a possibility that we reach champions league.
