Nagatomo has his qualities, everyone was amazed by his ability to stop fast wingers he knows how they behave, his issue is Coach, you need someone that know how to make certain player qualities benefit the team, i can find shortcomings in all players, he is not a super player, but he is a very good Serie A player with plenty of experience plus he can play at both sides…. last game he was great , he overlapped and helped Perisic plenty of times and went back to defend , he does what is asked of him, his crossing isn’t great but not worse than candreva…. I never hated him, but i understand how his mistakes at times (aka Frogalike) affect team performace still he makes up for it and performs and performs, he worked his socks off without a single word since he joined us…I think with Spalletti Nagatomo will play way better and we start to enjoy his game without his infamouse Scares…for real 🙂

are you watching the games he plays? he makes at least 5 crucial error in one game and almost every goal we concede come from his flank or on his head. he is a mess, it looks like a 6 years old boy tryin to play with the big ones. its emberassing i dont even consider him a football player. it just have to stop cause i cant watch him any more he is truly my nightmare.

Not at all. I just find it absurd to nitpick defender’s play here and there on clean sheet. We were lucky to get the clean sheet, but it was one nonetheless.

If Dalbert was an improvement then he would have started over Nagatomo. Reports say Dalbert hasn’t understood Spalletti’s tactics yet, so it made sense for Nagatomo to start the opener.
