He clearly was the single best one academy player we had last season.

I would be furious if I was Spalleti for the following reasons.
– No way he can use 3 at the back as he more than often did at Roma. (Dont propose Dumbo as CB as I know you are smarter than that)
-Backup defender is Ranochia who is one of the most shocking defender at top level.
– No LW backup beside Eder. No RW backup beside Eder (karmoah have yet to join). No CF backup beside Eder (Pinamonti have lots to prove and hopefully he play ahead of Eder)
– Most of the trash players are still at Inter Naga, Ansaldi, brozo, Rano, Santon.
If Spalleti fails this season due to injuries or suspension then it is all on management especially the one and only Guru.
I don’t mind really. The problem is I KNOW for a fact the kid will not be played ahead of Rano$hit and Dumbo(as CB) ..
If Mustafi/Mangala doesn’t happen, we should not bring in a mediocre option and stick with what we have..
I hope we wont sold him as some other team already have transfer in place for him and Inter have delayed it. So if Mustafi is not joining then I wont exchange vanhusdan who is one of the most promising young cb in europe for that brainless mangala or the that match fixer.
I don’t mind the idea of Vanheusden being a back up CB but still think we need to get another CB… getting Izzo for Ansaldi or just Toloi to me sounds like a good plan
