Despite being two years younger, Gazzetta dello Sport are of the opinion that Yann Karamoh is more ready for Inter than Gabigol was when he joined a year ago. The Frenchman, who was a deadline day addition for Inter will ofcourse still have to adapt but the learning curve should not be anywhere near as big.

The culture, he easily adapt.
But, the biggest attribute that make the difference is in training ground, if you looked lazy as F, then most probably u wont end up in starting line-up

Of course, he already play against top team like psg monaco.. While gabigol only play against brazilian league below average defender
He has a wicked cross and likes to dribble at the by-line and boasts some mean pace. I saw a couple of his games when the rumors started in July and he would’ve gotten 3 assists in just the two games I saw where he found strikers with pin perfect crosses but they wasted chances.
Also feel he has potential to be a Salah/Mane type player if he can just tone down the flashiness in one-on-ones, start drifting in the center more often and learn to hold the ball a bit better…I have really high hopes and hopefully he gets some game time soon.
Great guy to bring on to run at tired defenses post the 60min mark! They don’t call him the bullet for nothin!
Hopefully you’re right. I see him more as a fast runner who doesn’t have enough physicality etc. yet. Could become really good, but he’s no wonder kid like Dembele was at Rennes just by compraring the stats.
Agreed he isn’t at the same place Dembele was with Rennes in 2015/16 but no one is saying he is at the same level already. He already ranks second in assists and goals in his age group in top five leagues so definitely has potential.
I see him as a promising young player.If he can continue his trajectory from last year and adapt to the rigors of Serie A he will be a very useful addition to the team.
I see him as promising player who can become a really good one. The problem is that he is really raw when we really need a solid performer for our attack. I’ve only looked at his stats and watched his youtube videos. In compilations he looks amazinig like everyone does in those. There is one compilation video of his game against Nice. In that one he is really easily pushed around and doesn’t really do anything except a goal that happens, because Dante defends worse than my mom would if she was put on a football field. Yes that’s a one game, but for example Candreva never does as nearly as bad as much as he gets bashing from us. It is a one game, but I really do fear he is not ready. He showed pretty much all the same signs of rawness that Gabi did in our shirt. But we will see how he does. For me he is a panic solution from our management right now.
That Dembele comparisong was because they have been compared to each other in media by agents etc. If you watch any Dembele game you will see his skill and eye for the game. In that one match compilation I watched about this kid I saw nothing compared to that. My point is only that he is not ready for Inter’s first team. He can become good of course. Hopefully I’m just wrong as hell, but I doubt it.
Simple concepts:
An offensive, forward winger should ideally be very fast.
Gabi is not.
Karamoh looks like it.
Gabi’s acceleration is actually not bad. This guy is raw like Gabi.
Candreva is not very fast but still good
I like him. But that’s exactly why I always call him a mid.of the right wing more than a forward
