In nine months time, Mesut Ozil’s Arsenal contract will expire. The Sun report that the 28-year-old has rejected a number of lucrative offers to remain at the Emirates stadium past this season and looks highly likely to depart.
The German midfielder joined the Gunners back in 2013 and as of January 2018 will be free to negotiate a pre-contract with a new club. He is understood to be demanding no less than £300,000 (€336,000) per week.
Manchester United are watching the situation of the former Real Madrid play maker while Inter and Turkish club Fenerbahce are also listed as possible next destinations for Ozil. In his four years in North London, Ozil has three FA Cup winners medals and a Community Shield winners medal also. Moreover, he was named the German player of the year in both 2015 and 2016.

If he lowered his wages he would be great, he could really feed icardi and give us a different element, but idk if he would be a starter every game at that point.
inter more suitable for hard working and physical player, than a player that rely much on technical skill.
it’s easily proven by coutinho, banega, ljajic, jovetic, kovacic departure. while players like stankovic, motta, mario, palacio are more get into Inter’s squad longer.
Not sabatini’s kind of move
336k per month is roughly 4 million per season. Its possible.
Not per month but per week…so it’s roughly 16 million plus…which is outrageous. Moreover Ozil is a lazy player.
300K ???
That would make wanda reap-off Icardi’s new contract with 200M release clause
He is great but lazy.. When you’re a playmaker you can’t be lazy and waiting for the ball.. He is only good on set piece and when his team dominate the match.. That is why he tend to dissapear on big games..
Don’t think we will be able to afford his wages.
would be perfect with brozo, it will look like our coach is hoodini
Hmmm… I don’t like the player tbh.
Would be a perfect addition to our team to fill in our AM position. But his success in Italy is very questionable due to his low workrate.
Also Spaletti has shown, that he’d rather physical players for AM rather than technical ones.
Also if his wage demands are really that astronomical we should not even consider him. He is a great player though, but tends to disappear in some matches and isn’t that consistent performer anymore.
So basically he’s icardi AM version
????? 5 from 3…really disappears
I hope he really change under spalletti, we’ll see until the season ends
