The director of Sky Sport 24, Matteo Marani discussed the upcoming Serie A fixture for Inter tonight at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district against Sampdoria, with kick-off scheduled for 20.45 CET.
“Sampdoria is a good squad, very well coached by Giampaolo. For Inter it won’t be an easier game than the match in Naples against Napoli. Sampdoria are very organized and they have a great midfield.”
Marani added that “Inter are growing and have to play their type of match. It is impressive to see how Inter play the ball on the pitch but also how they use their physical attributes as well. They aren’t spectacular to watch but they are a unit. They’ve found the right balance, have a strong midfield with an exceptional defencee. Skriniar is the prime example of not paying top dollar but having a player that proved his worth on the pitch. In Naples I also saw an exceptional Gagliardini.”
