Inter had a scout present at Atalanta-SPAL over the weekend according to FCInterNews.it.
The scout was at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri D’Italia on Sunday and is understood to have been watching Atalanta’s Rafael Toloi and SPAL’s Manuel Lazzari.
Toloi has been on Inter’s radar for quite some time and the 27-year-old central defender has made eight league appearances this season. Toloi is under contract in Bergamo for a further three seasons through to the summer of 2020.
Lazzari has impressed a whole host of clubs with his performances for the promoted SPAL this term and has previously been scouted by Inter, who were impressed by his performance when the two sides met earlier in the season. Atalanta and Sampdoria were interested in the summer but it is not clear whether they remain interested but Inter and Milan are both interested now. The 23-year-old winger is under contract through to 2021 and has played just about every minute of SPAL’s season thus far.
