Former Inter player and fan favourite, Walter Zenga, returned to the San Siro with his Crotone team and earned them a crucial point in their fight to avoid relegation.

After the game he stopped by at Inter TV to talk about the game: “In football there are always two teams on the pitch, so with that in mind you must give us credit for the game we played. We remained united but we can improve on when it comes to winning back the ball.”

He went on to say: “we tried to stay high up the pitch, press high and do what we had to do. We hope that we can save ourselves again.” When asked about Inter and the fans he replied: “It’s still the same, but they know that I give my all for 90 minutes and they appreciate that. No one can take away that emotion form me. Like Spalletti told me before the game, this is my stadium.” The former goalkeeper then reacted to a moment during the game where he joined in with the Inter fans chant “chi non salta rossonero”: “With respect but it does not do nothing.”
