Paris Saint Germain could be set to make a surprise move for Inter full back Dalbert having faced great difficulty when it comes to signing Alex Sandro from Juventus according to a report from Sky Sport.
The Brazilian defender arrived at Inter last summer in a deal worth in excess of €20 million from OGC Nice and despite appearing often in the first half of the season, he found himself frozen out of the lineup in the second half of the season having ultimately failed to deliver as expected.
Despite the links to the Parisian club, who wish to acquire the 24-year-old on an outright basis, the report from Sky Sport goes on to state that Inter manager Luciano Spalletti still wishes to count upon Dalbert this coming season, even though Inter allegedly have a strong interest in signing Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian to improve the left back position with Kwadwo Asamoah seemingly to be deployed as a midfielder instead this year.
