Luka Modric’s representatives refuse to give up on getting their client to Inter despite the difficulties they have faced in doing so Corriere dello Sport report.
The 32-year-old is expected to be included in Real’s squad for Wednesday’s UEFA Super Cup match in Tallinn, Estonia against city rivals Atletico Madrid and many reports have suggested that any potential move to Inter would be off if he boarded the plane but the Rome based publication suggest otherwise stating that the intermediaries for the deal remain at work and a move could be completed on Thursday or Friday.
Inter appear to be going all in to sign the Croatian international and do not appear to have any alternatives in mind should they miss out and Corriere dello Sport confirm that there are currently no negotiations taking place with Barcelona over Rafinha, who spent the second half of last season on loan with the Nerazzurri.
