With deadline for all Italian teams approaching fast, the Nerazzurri are working on more than just one front or in particular the front concerning Real Madrid’s Luka Modric.
Italian mediaoutlet TMW report that Inter have returned to considering making a move for Argentinian midfielder Maxi Meza who plays for Argentinian Primera Division side Independiente. According to the report Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio is considering to make a move for the player to try and bring him to Milano.
The 26 year old still has three years left on his contract with the club but the fact that he can play in many midfield roles has caught the interest of the Nerazzurri director.
Meza joined Independiente in September 2016 and has since then featured 66 times across all competitions scoring 6 times in the process. Meza made his international senior debut for Argentina in a friendly against Spain and was part of Argentina’s FIFA World Cup squad in Russia earlier this summer and made his World Cup debut against Iceland.
