Inter midfielder Roberto Gagliardini is expected to earn himself a national team recall when Italian national team manager Roberto Mancini names his squad for the UEFA Nations League ties with Poland and Portugal according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 23-year-old will not be the only Inter representative in the squad either with Matteo Politano and Danilo D’Ambrosio both also expected to be named in Mancini’s 25 man squad.
The Milan based newspaper have predicted how the squad may look and included players who may make it in over others in brackets.
Goalkeepers: Gianluigi Donnarumma, Mattia Perin, Salvatore Sirigu
Defenders: Davide Zappacosta, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Domenico Criscito, Matteo Darmian, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Mattia Caldara, Alessandro Romagnoli (Daniele Rugani, Emerson Palmieri, Davide Calabria)
Midfielders: Jorginho, Rolando Mandragora, Lorenzo Pellegrini, Bryan Cristante, Roberto Gagliardini, Giacomo Bonaventura (Marco Benassi, Marco Parolo, Daniele Baselli, Daniele De Rossi)
Attackers: Federico Chiesa, Fedeirco Bernardeschi, Domenico Berardi, Andrea Belotti, Ciro Immobile, Mario Balotelli, Lorenzo Insigne, Matteo Politano.
