Steven Zhang praised the Inter team for bouncing back in spectacular fashion from the defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League.

“Not only is the victory important but everyone’s work during the week has been seen on the pitch and their work is how victories like this come,” the new club president said in an interview with Inter TV post-match.

“We have seen an improvement after the Barcelona defeat. The team have been calm which is an important factor for a team especially after a defeat.

“After being at the Olimpico in May I came back for this, to live these emotions again and I close by congratulating everyone and we hope to continue like this until the end of the season.”
