Radja Nainggolan once again trained separately to the rest of his Inter teammates today as he continues to try and recovery from injury according to a report from broadcaster Sky Sport.

The Belgian midfielder’s presence in Friday’s Derby D’Italia is currently in doubt but as the game edges ever closer, his conditions are better understood and it is further understood that Inter manager Luciano Spalletti wishes to include him in the squad for the game at the Allianz Stadium.

Nainggolan aside, Spalletti has several players contesting positions across the pitch. Sime Vrsaljko is battling Danilo D’Ambrosio to start at right back, Joao Mario and Borja Valero are trying to get themselves in to the midfield while Keita Balde and Ivan Perisic are fighting to start on the left wing.
