Inter are well prepared in the event that Miranda departs the club in the upcoming January transfer window according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
The veteran defender, who only signed a one-year contract extension at the end of October, has seen interest in his services from his homeland Brazil as per various reports but Sky detail that he has no offers on the table just yet. He has made it clear he wishes to play more and the only way he may get this is to move away due to finding himself behind Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij in the pecking order, a duo who have proved to be one of the best defensive pairings across Europe this season.
As per the report the Nerazzurri will seek to replace the 34-year-old if he moves on to pastures new with either Sampdoria’s Joachim Andersen or Chelsea’s Andreas Christensen.
