Lautaro Martinez and Samir Handanovic were the star performers as Inter achieved a 1-0 victory away to Rapid Vienna last night in the first leg of their round of 32 Europa League tie in the eyes of Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Argentine striker and new Nerazzurri captain were both awarded 7/10 as part of the Milan based newspaper’s player ratings from the match.
Stefan de Vrij, Miranda, Kwadwo Asamoah, Matias Vecino and Borja Valero are tied for second best with 6/10 ratings.
Matteo Politano and Ivan Perisic meanwhile got 5.5 ratings with Radja Nainggolan and Cedric Soares sharing the honour of worst performance as Gazzetta give them half-marks for their efforts at the Allianz Stadion.
