Turin based newspaper  Tuttosport reports on the proposed sale of Mauro Icardi and what it could mean for Inter in terms of finances and replacements.

“The Argentinian striker was bought by Inter in the Summer of 2013 for €13 million from Sampdoria. He is now weighing Inter’s balance sheet this season €2.5 million. The farewell of the striker will therefor be a big capital gain on the budget and will allow Inter to use that money to further improve the team.”

“Marotta’s dream, which does not seem to be a secret, is to bring Dybala to Inter as his future at Juventus seems to be in the balance. Through market price evaluations of the players, a swap between Icardi and Dybala would bring a double capital gain thanks to the fact that the two are of the same age.”

The other name for Inter’s attack is that of Manchester United’s Lukaku, whose salary of €9 million could prove to be an obstacle.
