Only the official announcement is lacking when it comes to Antonio Conte becoming Inter manager according to a report from Corriere della Sera.

The club and manager have an agreement over a four-year contract with an annual salary of €10 million. Part of the reason the agreement was reached was because Inter were willing to meet Conte’s ambitions on the transfer market.

Gabriele ‘Lele’ Oriali will also arrive at the club with Conte, who he worked with previously in the Italian national team. Oriali will become the team manager and act as the link between the team and the club management.

When it comes to Luciano Spalletti, Corriere della Sera go on to report that he will try to negotiate a contract termination with the club or he will wait around for a club to make an offer for him.

The report concludes that Mauro Icardi’s future at Inter remains in the balance. Whilst he would like to stay, Inter are seemingly wanting to sell him in order to raise some funds for the transfer window.
