The Rossoblu are preparing to celebrate their centenary this year and Nainggolan could be the high-profile signing Tommaso Giulini pursues to mark the occasion.
A deal which appears far closer to fruition, though, is Miranda’s move to Inter’s sister club Jiangsu Suning.
Elsewhere, Rafael Leao remains an objective for Inter in attack, but they now face competition from their local rivals Milan.
