Lautaro Martinez was all smiles on Monday as the forward flew into Italy to join Inter’s preseason training.

El Toro had his summer holidays delayed after he represented Argentina at the Copa America, scoring twice as Lionel Scaloni’s side reached the semi-finals.

Antonio Conte has been forced to work without first-choice forwards so far this summer, meaning the 21-year-old’s tardy arrival will be more than welcome.

Lautaro posted a picture of himself on a private plane to Instagram, along with the caption: “We’re returning.”
