Inter’s Italian international midfielder Nicolo Barella believes that tonight’s Serie A opener against Lecce at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, will be a very difficult one, when speaking moments ago with Inter TV.

The former Cagliari midfielder argued however that new Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte has already transmitted a winning mentality in the squad, and that they will now try and transmit this to the fans.

“It will definitely be a difficult match, as Liverani said. They arrive here feeling very calm, they want to play football. Our coach has instilled a winning mentality in us, we want to transmit this to our fans.”

“It will be beautiful to walk out on the pitch, our supporters will give us a lot of energy and we want to thank them by winning the three points.”

“Inter is a big club, coached by a great coach, a great group. We are looking to achieve all our objectives, starting today.”
