Nicolo Barella has been full of praise for last night’s opposition, Slavia Prague, who very nearly escaped San Siro with a victory before he popped up to equalise for Inter right at the death.
“They were well organised. I am happy with my goal because it helped the team. They were a strong side, especially on a physical level. Now there are some difficult games ahead but we have to win,” he said in an interview with Inter’s in-house channel Inter TV.
“I think that they were ahead of us from a physical point of view but the game is now over. There is a new battle on the horizon so let’s go to battle. The coach always says to us to think about the game that comes next and that we will do.”
