Inter manager Antonio Conte will make some changes to the starting line-up that faced Juventus for Sunday afternoon’s Serie A match with Sassuolo according to a report from Rome based news outlet Corriere dello Sport.
With defender Danilo D’Ambrosio picking up an injury during the international break whilst representing Italy, he will be a change Conte will be forced to make and he will bring in Antonio Candreva to replace him against the Neroverdi at the MAPEI Stadium.
Alessandro Bastoni will also come in for Diego Godin in defence due to the fact Godin only returned from international duty yesterday.
Central midfielder Stefano Sensi has recovered from the injury he picked up in the Derby D’Italia loss but Conte will instead deploy Matias Vecino in the middle of the park with a view to deploying Sensi from the first whistle in the Champions League match with Borussia Dortmund next midweek.
Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic, Nicolo Barella, Kwadwo Asamoah; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
