Inter striker Sebastiano Esposito impressed again for the Italy Under 19 squad today in their 3-0 win over Slovakia in the Azzurrini’s final UEFA Euro U-19 qualifier, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews.
The report details how the 17-year-old Inter forward provided two assists in today’s win, both to 18-year-old Roma midfielder Alessio Riccardi, who scored a brace. Both were pinpoint accurate passes, that show that Esposito can be as impressive passing as he can shooting.
This was Esposito’s third appearance for Alberto Bollini’s squad, and so far, he has contributed to at least two goals in every appearance. In his previous two games for the Azzurrini, the 17-year-old scored a goal and provided assist. Therefore, after three games, Esposito has scored two goals and provided four assists, numbers that show why Inter coach Antonio Conte was so excited about the player upon his arrival to Inter’s training camp in the summer.
