Inter striker Lautaro Martinez has scored eight goals within the first half an hour of a game so far this season, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews.
The report highlights a statistic gathered by Opta, which shows that Lautaro’s goal in the Nerazzurri’s 3-0 win over Torino last night was his eighth goal of the season to be scored in the first 30 minutes, showing how the 22-year-old Argentine striker is key in dictating Inter’s game from the very beginning.
Lautaro has scored nine goals so far this season for the Nerazzurri, with the only goal not being scored in the first 30 minutes being his second goal against Sassuolo in the Nerazzurri’s 4-3 win over the Neroverdi in October, where the 22-year-old Argentine earnt his brace in the 71st minute.
The player’s strong performances and partnership with former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku have been instrumental in Inter’s incredible start to the season.
