Marash Kumbulla’s agent Gianni Vitali has admitted to having no idea if his client was brought up in the recent meeting between Hellas Verona and Inter whilst he shared his belief that his client could play for Inter.

“There is no news. I got no updates as to what went on in the meeting,” he stressed in an interview with FCInterNews.it.

“Inter has been following Kumbulla since the beginning of the season. Assessments will be made at the end of the season, as they should be. He is a player that is being followed by many Italian and European clubs.

He was then asked if he thinks the 19-year-old Albanian would be ready for Inter.

“Yes, he would be ready. He could play in the Nerazzurri’s defence.”

In conclusion Vitali was asked what kind of price it could take clubs to prize Kumbulla away from the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi.

“That is a question that must be asked to Hellas Verona, particularly to their president, and the sporting director, Tony D’Amico.”
