Inter have finalised a deal for young striker Martin Satriano to join the club according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

As per the report, which has appeared on Di Marzio’s self named website, Inter have agreed terms with his current side Nacional of the Uruguayan Primera Division and the player will be in Milan to sign his contract with the Nerazzurri tomorrow.

Inter have fought off competition from fellow Serie A club Cagliari to land the signature of the 18-year-old striker, who holds dual Uruguayan and Italian nationality.

18-year-old Satriano has shown a lot of promise in the youth sides of Nacional, the club Inter signed the legendary Alvaro Recoba from way back in 1997.

He is yet to make his first team debut in a competitive match but has represented the first team in friendly matches recently. He is primarily a striker but also capable of playing in the role of a second striker.
