Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso spoke about Italian referees again and his rant after the club’s loss to Juventus in an interview posted on the Serie A official YouTube Channel.

“Before my rant with Juventus I had never talked about referees. Before the episode in Turin I remember the moments like Di Carmine in Verona who demolished Pezzella’s face with an elbow.

“Then Di Carmine himself scored the 1-0 goal. Then I think of Federico Chiesa in the match against Inter who was attacked from the first minute. No red cards, no yellow cards, nothing.”

Commisso also discussed the foul that caused the injury to former Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery.

“What hurt the most, however, was Tachtsidis’ foul on Ribery. Franck is paid €6 million a year and that foul can keep him out more than half a season. 50% of the Frenchman’s games are worth €3 million.

“I don’t give a damn whether the Lecce player should have been sent off or not, we’ve suffered a great deal of damage. It would be like taking Cristiano Ronaldo away from Juventus for four months.”

Inter beat the Florence based club 2-1 in the Coppa Italia quarterfinals at the end of last month, with Antonio Candreva and Nicolo Barella scoring for the Milanese club.

When the two sides met in the league in December, the Viola kept the Nerazzurri to a 1-1 draw. Their next meeting in the league will be in May.

Inter have long been following Fiorentina forward Federico Chiesa. The 22-year-old Italian starlet, who is contracted to the club until 2022, has made 24 appearances across all competitions for a total of 1937 minutes so far this season. In that time, he has scored seven goals and provided five assists.
