Inter may miss out on both Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Rodrigo de Paul, two players they have been strongly linked with for a considerable time according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter are long term admirers of Milinkovic-Savic but his future appears set to be far away from Italy with the likes of Manchester United, Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid all believed to be vying for his signature.

The Spanish born Serbian international very nearly moved to Manchester United last Summer but a deal worth in excess of €90 million collapsed as his arrival at the Red Devils was linked to Paul Pogba departing but the Frenchman did not depart Old Trafford.

Manchester United will try again this Summer and given all the interest in Milinkovic-Savic Lazio’s management have identified his heir and that heir is de Paul.

Udinese want €40 million for the versatile Argentine whilst Lazio are only willing to offer €30 million.
