Alvaro Pereira and Walter Gargano have all been selected by Uruguay manager Oscar Tabarez to represent the country in the Confederation Cup. The Inter duo-aside, several other players in the Uruguay national team play their trade in Italy including Abel Hernandez, Rios, Pérez, Caceres, Cavani and Alvaro Gonzalez.
