Inter central midfielder Marcelo Brozovic could make a return to action in this weekend’s match at home to Bologna according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The Croatian national team player has missed Inter’s past few matches as a result of a calf injury and his condition is to be assessed ahead of the match against the Rossoblu club.
Victor Moses, who had to come off in the second half of Inter’s 6-0 win over Brescia the other day, will also have his condition assessed.
The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that Diego Godin and Christian Eriksen could both return to the starting lineup whilst Alexis Sanchez could maintain his place in the starting lineup and Romelu Lukaku could start from the bench again.
Probable Inter starting lineup (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Ashley Young; Christian Eriksen; Alexis Sanchez, Lautaro Martinez.
