Inter could offer a player to Manchester United as part of negotiations to sign Alexis Sanchez according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Inter want to keep Sanchez and the Chilean national team player also wants to stay at the club. €15 million should be enough to strike a deal with Manchester United but then an agreement needs to be found between Inter and Sanchez over personal terms.

Sanchez currently earns €14 million net a season and Inter are paying just €5.5 million of that as the loan deal. Thanks to the Italian tax laws regarding foreign workers, Inter could get a 30% discount on his salary meaning they would pay him around €10 million net for the next three seasons. It will cost the club €15 million gross.

The report goes on to add that it cannot be excluded that Inter offer a player and that player could well be Milan Skriniar, who Inter could make a significant capital gain on. Even January transfer window recruit Christian Eriksen could be offered.
