Inter are one step away from completing a deal to sign on loan Alexis Sanchez on a permanent according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and tranfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

As per the report, which appeared on Di Marzio’s own website, contact between Inter and Manchester United is continuous and there is great optimism that the deal will be completed just shortly.

The two clubs are sorting out the final details between them and Inter are also finalising things with the Chilean national team player’s agent Fernando Felicevich when it comes to the contract he will sign with the Nerazzurri club.

Sanchez joined Inter on a season long loan this past Summer and has been key for Inter since the season got back underway back in June.

During his loan spell in Milan, the former Barcelona player has scored four goals and provided 10 assists in 29 appearances across all competitions to date.
