Radja Nainggolan will attempt to convince Inter manager Antonio Conte upon his return to the club according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

Nainggolan spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Cagliari and is due to return to Inter tomorrow. Inter and Cagliari had a meeting earlier on today to discuss a potential new deal for the Belgian but no agreement was found and he will return to the Nerazzurri, at least for the time being.

The report goes on to explain that Nainggolan will make himself fully available to former Italian national team boss Conte and is aiming to convince him and this is his aim regardless of whether or not Inter manage to add Arturo Vidal to their ranks soon.

Many reports elsewhere in the media have stated that Vidal is in talks with Barcelona and trying to terminate his contract and that upon doing so he could be reunited with Conte at Inter.
