Inter wing-back Antonio Candreva has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to mourn the loss of his father.

Candreva’s father Marcello passed away on Monday and the former Lazio player posted a heartfelt tribute to his father with him posting: “I will always take you with me, Ciao Pa.”

In the recent 2019/20 season, 33-year-old Candreva made 40 appearances across all competitions. During his time on the park, which totalled just over 2500 minutes, the former Lazio player scored seven goals and provided a total of nine assists for his teammates.
