Velez President: “Peruzzi? He’s close to Sunderland”

Velez Sarsfield’s President Calello reveals that the young full-back Gino Peruzzi, who many regard as Javier Zanetti’s heir in Argentinian football, is very close to joining Sunderland in the Premier League: “We have discussed the financial details with them, I think the deal will be concluded soon.”
