Inter duo Alessandro Bastoni and Roberto Gagliardini were among 19 players to take part in Italy’s first training session earlier on this evening ahead of their upcoming matches, the Italian football federation have revealed via their official website.

Bastoni, Andrea Belotti, Federico Bernardeschi, Davide Calabria, Alessio Cragno, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Stephan El Shaarawy, Emerson Palmieri, Gagliardini, Lorenzo Grifo, Kevin Lasagna, Riccardo Orsolini, Pietro Pellegri, Luca Pellegrini, Matteo Pessina, Salvatore Sirigu, Roberto Soriano, Sandro Tonali and Mattia Zaccagni all trained this evening.

Domenico Berardi, Leonardo Bonucci, Federico Chiesa, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Gian Marco Ferrari, Alessandro Florenzi, Lorenzo Insigne, Jorginho, Moise Kean, Manuel Locatelli and Alex Meret will meanwhile all join in from tomorrow.

In their statement, the Italian football federation go on to add that Francesco Acerbi, Nicolo Barella, Cristiano Biraghi, Gaetano Castrovilli, Bryan Cristante, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Ciro Immobile, Gianluca Mancini, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Leonardo Spinazzola are all currently in fiduciary isolation and have not given a date for when they will start training.
