Inter could drop Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen’s price to around €30-35 million in order to offload him in the upcoming January transfer window, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 28-year-old Dane publicly complained about his time at the Nerazzurri when speaking to the media earlier this week, repeating the action that he took in the last international break.

The Nerazzurri have decided that enough is enough and are ready to sell him in the upcoming January transfer window, especially considering his high wages.

Eriksen earns around €7.5 million, with add-ons seeing that number rise to nearly €10 million, an incredibly high salary for a barely relevant player.

Inter will only accept a definitive sale or loan with an obligation to buy, the report continues, as they want to permanently offload the player, and not have him return at the end of the season. The Milanese club will now look for a new home for the player.

Real Madrid were interested in Eriksen last January, Paris Saint-Germain expressed interest in September, Bayern Munich considered him and some English clubs would also welcome him.
