The Milan city council’s primary concern relates to documentation certifying the possession of the participation requirements of the proposing subjects and the effective ownership of the shares of the proposing companies.

They are also seeking clarification with regard to the quantity and quality of the spaces that will remain for public use.

Moreover, clarification has been requested for the entertainment functions to be agreed with the city council and additions are requested regarding the assessments that support the economic and financial plan of the project.

The letter concludes with the Milan city council sharing their hopes to receive responses to their queries in the short term to enable them to proceed with the examination of the proposal on the table.
