Inter have not ruled out keeping Christian Eriksen at the club until the end of the season, according to reports in Italy.

As per today’s print edition of  Corriere della Sera, if the Danish national team player is sold, the Nerazzurri will have funds available to go after a reinforcement which could well be Atalanta outcast Papu Gomez.

But the idea of a swap deal with Paris Saint-Germain that would see Eriksen and Leandro Paredes exchanged has cooled off, meaning the Nerazzurri are now considering letting Eriksen leave on loan.

Inter had previously discarded the idea of letting the 28-year-old go out on loan, but they are now considering it as it could enable Eriksen to revalue himself.

At the same time, however, Inter are believed to be considering the possibility of keeping Eriksen at the club until the end of the season with Inter coach Antonio Conte ready to handle him.

In short, nothing can be excluded at this moment when it comes to the future of the 28-year-old, who has made just five starts in all competitions this season.
