“Inter has chosen their right wing player and it will be Wallace. The negotiations are practically finished and the only things remaining are the bureaucratic details. The clubs have agreed a deal where Inter gets to loan the player for free. Inter then count on re-negotiating the deal to get a buy out option for the player, whilst Chelsea will have an option to repurchase Wallace. This is why Wallace is close to join Inter.”
