In the battle to win the Scudetto, Inter are currently the most in-form team in Serie A and have picked up more points than anyone else since early November.

Antonio Conte’s side recorded victory over Fiorentina at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Friday evening to go top of the league table, ahead of AC Milan’s match against Crotone today, and their dominant form over the past few months has allowed them to mount a title challenge.

According to FCInterNews.it, the Nerazzurri have been the most consistent team in the Italian top flight over the last 15 rounds of matches, amassing 36 points through 11 victories, two draws and a single defeat.

Averaging 2.4 points per match, Inter’s consistency has seen them earn more than the 33 points picked up by Milan and close the gap on their city rivals at the summit of the table.

Going back to a 1-1 draw against Atalanta on November 8, Inter’s only league defeat came at the start of January against Sampdoria, whilst there have been crucial victories against Juventus and Napoli in this period.
