Stefano Sensi is a doubt for Inter for Sunday’s crucial Milan derby against AC Milan, according to an Italian media report today.
As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, the midfielder’s muscular fatigue does not seem too serious, but he is nevertheless unlikely to feature against the Rossoneri on this weekend at San Siro.
While there is doubt over Sensi’s presence in the match, things are looking up for Arturo Vidal, who will today return to group training after spending much of the last week by himself in his bid to overcome a knee injury.
The report from the Rome-based publication went to explain that Inter boss Antonio Conte should have former Bayern Munich and Chilean international Vidal at his disposal for the big match on Sunday.
Vidal is currently unlikely to start, with Christian Eriksen the current favourite to complete the Nerazzurri’s midfield alongside Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella.
