Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni is ready to do battle in tomorrow’s Milan derby.

The Nerazzurri have a golden opportunity to open up a four-point gap at the top of Serie A with victory over AC Milan at San Siro.

Bastoni will be key to Antonio Conte’s hopes of claiming a win in the Derby della Madonnina, having avoided the booking last week which would have ruled him out of the match.
