Inter coach Antonio Conte is planning to start Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen and Croatian winger Ivan Perisic in tomorrow’s derby clash against AC Milan, Italian media report.

According to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport, the former Chelsea coach has become increasingly impressed by the 29-year-old Dane’s performances and growth lately, especially how he played against Juventus in the Coppa Italia and Lazio in the league last weekend.

Conte is likely to start Eriksen over Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal, who has just returned from a knee contusion and only took part in yesterday’s training session with the rest of the squad.

Regarding Perisic, the former Juventus and Chelsea boss has placed the Croatian ahead of Ashley Young and Matteo Darmian in the pecking order, and is set to start him against the Rossoneri.

The 32-year-old Perisic has made 30 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1579 minutes. In that time, he has scored three goals and provided three assists.
