Wallace to Inter seems to be an infinite negotiation. The deal has came far but there are still details missing. According to Sky there are bureaucratic details in the contract of the Brazilian that are slowing down the deal. Sky also reports that 98% of the deal has been done and this leads to optimism that the negotiations will finish soon.
