Brittish Daily star reports today that Southampton have made an offer for Roma’s defender Pablo Daniel Osvaldo. Even though Southampton isn’t the first choice for Osvaldo, the Saints believe that they can convince him even before the first game in Premier League. The offer stands at 9 million euros, which does not met Roma’s demands.
