Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni used social media to claim that yesterday’s 2-1 win over Torino was hugely important for the Nerazzurri.

The 21-year-old featured throughout as Antonio Conte’s side battled to a closely-fought win at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, and Bastoni recognised the significance to Inter’s title challenge.

Taking to Instagram, Bastoni posted a photo of the team celebrating on the pitch after striker Lautaro Martinez headed in a late winner, along with the caption: “Hugely important victory! Forza Inter!”
