Inter are continuing to negotiate over the possible arrival of Hector Bellerin from Arsenal, as the club hope to bring the Spaniard in as a replacement for Achraf Hakimi.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzzurri are trying to persuade the Gunners to allow the player to depart on an initial loan with the option to permanently buy him later.

With Hakimi’s departure to Paris Saint-Germain expected very soon, the Nerazzurri have put finding a replacement for the Moroccan on the agenda, and the Arsenal right-back is one of the top names on their prospective list.

It is thought that the Nerazzurri are hopeful of the move being on loan initially, for budgetary reasons, with the option to by the player outright later.

The Gunners are reported to prefer a permanent sale should the player depart, but as it stands are still in talks with the Nerazzurri, and Inter could hope to persuade them soon.
