Inter striker Lautaro Martinez has shared an Instagram post showing how thrilled he is to have won the Copa America with Argentina following their 1-0 win over Brazil at the weekend.

Despite being widely recognised as one of the best international sides in the world, Argentina have not managed to win a major honour for over 20 years now.

They reached the 2014 FIFA World Cup final but were beaten 1-0 by Germany after Mario Gotze’s extra-time goal.

Lautaro Martinez played a key role for Argentina throughout the tournament but it was Angel Di Maria who got the decisive goal.
